Connecting to her legacy story as 3rd generation in the family business, Christina has hands-on experience in all aspects of operating a highly respected, successful company and enjoying an awarded, multi-decade entrepreneurial career.  After unwarranted events that brought her own journey of transition, Christina realized doors opening that allow her to give back to individuals and organizations from an acquired breadth of knowledge and competences. She began by Creating her own start-up that fulfills a lifelong personal dream of hoping to make a positive difference and continually evaluates how she might best inspire others potential, dreams. and the chapters they write 
​personally, and or professionally.

Her leadership vision emphasized honoring, upholding the family and company legacy story with high expectations for a cross functional culture. Delivering strong brand messaging and positioning for individual potential. Meeting and surpassing goals. Consequently, the family company acknowledged with numerous awards, achieved unprecedented success as a reputable business within the hospitality industry, applicable to B2B and B2C product companies, family-owned businesses, certified-woman-owned businesses, and start-ups to multi-billion-dollar National/International companies. 

Christina continues drawing upon all acquired skills, committing part of her time to advising new and existing businesses through the Small Business Development Center. Offering support in a variety of industries on a range of issues, including but not limited to:
*vetting feasibility, viability, of concept / idea*determining entity and filing registration/licenses*defining partnerships and roles*developing a professional team*writing business plans*obtaining funding*establishing best practices*providing research/referrals*implementing accountabilities*understanding business valuation and succession.
The Advisor partnership expands her already strong knowledge base, while impacting economic growth and development for the community. 

Christina received multiple Life Coaching certifications through Learning Journeys, accredited coaching training programs.

Christina launched her first book!  A collaboration with her granddaughters, Layla and Shay.
