“It just takes ONE”, as I suggested in a personal post on social media earlier this week. 

Expanding upon the idea, how would it feel to have your own 1 on 1 dedicated coach? Not a peer group, not a team, not a well-meaning consultant, friend or loved one, but a dedicated engagement that is centered around valuing you, your work, or your business…just as you are, and have the potential to be!  You are a seasoned professional.  You have countless experiences. You are educated and knowledgeable. You are human, not a Superhero (maybe on occasion though, wink).  Who do you confide in, that allows you to fail, learn, question, strategize, while navigating through your days? Who is in partnership with your best self and visions for the future, professionally and personally? I have been there; alone within a team, confident yet vulnerable, valuable with a target on my back, balancing work/life and so much more. Empathically, it is possible for me to interpret and meet you where you are at, to walk side by side with you.

They say in life if you can count on one hand, the relationships you have that are truthfully authentic, you are rich.  What if one of those is a life coach, an executive coach, a business advisor – appreciating, inspiring you to be the ONE and only ONE you.

Culture is fascinating to me in so many ways and I feel passionate about unpacking and repacking the writing of authentic ones.
 
I am struck by the idea, beyond our obvious country crisis, it is easy to predict that businesses and families are and will continue to be challenged to examine their cultures. Attempting to keep culture simple–I define it as “The Story” of your business, family, or personal life. A story rooted in clearly defined and shared values, decisions that are filtered through those values, demonstrating you live and speak in integrity to those values and there is alignment from member behaviors to internal/external communications to brand messaging. Of course, nothing at the moment is this “simple”.
 
Through Narrative coaching, options exist to embrace exactly what story you are telling and what story do you want to be living. A coaching engagement values you as the expert of your story, an alternative to well-meaning consultants that are sharing their expertise. It is good to have choices when considering how you might approach, what I believe is, a meaningful culture opportunity.

The Fresh Start of a New Year always fills me with motivation, particularly around focus, organizing and disciplines.  I started my 2021 business planning with revisiting why I chose to name my company, ReImagine Possibilities, by reading the definitions of reimagine and possibilities.

reinterpret (an event, work of art, etc.) imaginatively; rethink.
to form a new conception of : RE-CREATE
possibilities (noun)
the condition or fact of being within the limits of ability, capacity, or realization
something that may be conceived, be done, or occur according to nature, custom, or manners potential or prospective value

Admittedly, I love the combination of taking action as described in the verb reimagining and validating how possibilities may be considered a tangible thing. It energizes me to consider reinterpreting imaginatively within abilities, capacities, and realizations.  Confirming once more, I am passionate about the buckets of services offered in giving back from all I have been privileged to encounter in my career and life thus far, by...
